Injury: Shoulders, Back, Posture

Hi guys. Thanks for those tips. I will indeed be looking into books and/or DVD’s. I have those articles in my favorites - been there for ages and are already printed out for months. However, I started a lot of those “blindly” not knowing which specific exercises/stretches are good, which are bad for me (trigger some pain or vertebral pressure) etc.

I am thus going to stick to the biokineticist’s plan which should be around 3-4 months in total. He evaluates me every few weeks doing specific checks and using the machines to identify improvements in muscle strength, imbalances etc. That is the best way to track progress.

Once I am done with him I will endevour to do the rest on my own with the knowledge from places like these forums and other literature.
