Injury Recovery Questions

Well, I tried to squeeze some hill sprints into my day on a real tight schedule… and decided to skip the warm-up. aaand POP, pulled a hammy on my third run up the hill.

It’s not a serious tear… I can already walk normally, I just can’t stretch it much or do any fun shit in the gym. I was wondering if foam rolling could be beneficial to my recovery, or is it too intense for a freshly pulled muscle? Also, any benefits of taking creatine to speed up recovery?
