No kidding. Day late, dollar short.
Before I forget, don’t cut off your hands or anything like that. It’s worse than a broken leg and I bet that’s not recommended either ![]()

The low back soreness doesn’t bother me. I have a leg discrepancy issue and the low back pain I get is of the unhealthy type and I go around that when doing unilateral work which is why I do so much of it.
Oh, sorry about that! Do you have a leg length difference? If so, have you gotten it measured in relation to the pelvis to ensure that it isn’t your pelvis that is uneven?
Not the pelvis.
It is the Tib/Fib, from a broken leg. It is easy to tell the difference. Don’t be sorry, I like that people have input, it helps me think.

Dude stop being such a baby! I once lost both my legs in a car accident and still walked that shit off!! ![]()
Training looked good, as usual, from yesterday

Yeah, but from the sounds of it, that’s not on the menu at the moment.

No kidding. Pussy.
Not really, just didn’t want to see the bitch cry. I hate seeing males cry! Fucking annoying.
Some x Some and lots x lots
Stole that from Marauder meat
I’m not really interested in keeping track of those things and I was doing it by feel not to beat any records. Shoulders feel a little better today but I strained my neck…WTF! I guess I really am a pussy!
I’m kind of the opposite. I like to make men cry.
Is it still hot as hell there?[/quote]
I like to make MEN cry is a oxymoron. If you made a “man” cry…he aint one, he still has some growing up to do. I cringe when ever I see that shit on TV. Weak males will be the down fall of this society. I am so sick of seeing that shit.
On another note. I wish you the best of luck bud. Keep safe and injury free

Hey cowboy, I think you are taking this a bit more seriously than me. I do believe that men have a time and a place for crying, but I was making a joke out of a silly situation imo. I didn’t like the guys avatar and didn’t like the only post I read of his so I didn’t want an accidental association with him by the name of my thread. I have kids and as many years as I’ve been away from them, believe me they have teared me up. I’ve lost some great people in my life and teared up and not many people would question my manhood. More importantly I would not question my manhood. Just my 2 cents, but thank you for yours.

Thank you for stopping by and thank you for the encouragement it really helps.
Keep up your great training too, you have come a long way and should be proud.
I’m thankful that people read this log and are able to get something out of it and are so supportive.
I’ve had a rough few days, training will be back on the table tomorrow. I look forward to posting the new numbers!

Hope all is well!
And thank YOU for your words…I’ve learned TONS over the last couple years,so now it’s just a matter of putting it altogether and kicking more butt!!
support is a big help. It’s funny, cause I never know whos reading, and if it’s even worth posting sometimes…but I’ve been at it this long, and you never know who you may be helping out by sharing your story!
Ouro, no just some personal stress…and neck issues, they can go hand in hand.
MIM, I like to see people who work hard and don’t give up.

First MMA practice today…jiu jitsu today… Learned some rolling, then we actually rolled, the first few guys were a challenge but I could control them with my weight and my strength. Then I wrestled the teacher purple belt, just made his professional debut in February and he destroyed me.
He is a good 35lbs heavier and just so relaxed and bad ass it was not even a challenge…my strength did help, but he is strong too. Fun stuff, I know that we’ll have 1 week of class, maybe more.

You will love MMA bro…It is such a blast! With your mentality and physical shape it will not take you long at all to get pretty good man, I hope you stick with it

Oh man, I already do love it. I was walking around with a smile last night all the battle marks and the soreness I already had. I slept hard and it destroyed my hips, arms, shoulders and mid section. Good stuff! I’ve been itching for something like this. I hope he continues the classes and if not that he will at least use me as a rolling dummy.
More Jujitsu tonight, rolled mostly and did well only because of my weight and my strength. This navy kid got pissed finally got me in a choke hold and took his frustration out on my throat, sore as FUCK now and hurts to swallow.
I have battle marks everywhere, pretty cool.
Body is beat down.
Took me 45 minutes to warm up today…everything was stiff
Workout was good.
Front Squats (first week so easing into it)
barx10, 95x5, 135 5x5
these felt better than ever, best form ever, very upright, pause at bottom, abs tight the whole time, lifting started at the hips and not the back
I switched to a bodybuilder “grip” and it works much better for me
King DL 0x20 each leg
1 leg extension drop set
85x8/70x3/55x3/40x3/25x4/10x6
deep deep stretching…I was influenced by the DC guys…been doing some research on it since before the article, but even more after. Might even try it.
Jujitsu again tonight, strained my right trap! FUCK!!! I’ll electro stim it tonight…
The professional guy Joshua Franklin (has a utube fight up, of coarse, I can’t see it) said I’m one of the strongest guys he has wrestled and that I took him by surprise…I was surprised by that out of the blue comment. He can still wrap me up like a pretzel and easily!
What’s a body builder grip?
