IAAN,
You are not making many friends here right now so if you do wish to use this forum for further assistance in the future, maybe drop the attitude down a few notches
First of all you claim that you are being given advice on your AAS use from a competitive body buider, but then you need to join an internet forum to ask if putting a thin shard of metal into your muscle and injecting a foriegn substance into it may cause redness warmth and soreness.
Your body buiding friend is not really much help if he did not prepare you for a bit of sorness from injecting, or if he is not available to discuss these concerns with you now.
I understand it is very disheartening to find out that what you have been told from a friend is not actually good advice, when your BB friend gave you this advice did you think to research it first? If you did you would have found that it is not a good thing to be doing.
IN summary, yes injections can sometimes feel a bit warm/sore. what you are injecting is a bullshit waste of time, and you should not be suprised when people of much greater knowledge and experience tell you so. And check the attitude if you want help around here.

I appreciate your input, and that you were somewhat respectful in your advice. However, you must know that your premise that you are a person of “much greater knowledge and experience” belies your true intent here…
Greater knowledge is meant to be shared, not hoarded…and certainly never meant to be imparted begrudgingly…
I am NOT disheartened; I am actually quite encouraged at much of the positive and meaningful feedback I’ve received thus far as to my personal inquiries. I AM getting the help I need, however, it is (not surprisingly) flowing from fountains of knowledge that are not clouded by self aggrandisement and inflated self worth.
It took me a long time and a lot of research before I made the decision to pin… My friend is very knowledgeable and is quite advanced in the field…However, his explanations are often “don’t worry, it’s no big deal”… He has been doing it for so long that his “worry” has been subsumed completely into his experience. He has been focused on the forest for a long time…I am still looking at the leaves on the tree…
I simply wanted to get more opinions, as I AM one to worry when I have soreness, redness, warmth… We did discuss it prior and he did not think the deca would cause any of these particular symptoms which he stated he had experienced more so with Sustanon 250 than any other oil-based injectable…And again, he is not available oftentimes for long stretches…
Accordingly, I have always gotten better advice as a general proposition from the aggregate knowledge of those “in the know” on any given subject, as opposed to one extremely knowledgeable source…Don’t get me wrong…it is not that I don’t trust him… I just subscribe to the “more input, the better” theory…
As to my attitude… I was on this site for a significant period of time simply reading articles and threads of interest to supplement my own research. I kept my mouth shut for quite some time before I even made my first post.
If you have been around here for any length of time, you must know that Cortes is one to freely “set others straight” without even a hint decorum. I have seen Cortes shit on MANY others in the past…some took it lying down…some kicked back once…some made no response…
Personally, I don’t kowtow to pricks like Cortes…He simply doesn’t like the fact that he has ruffled the feathers of someone who won’t put up with his bullshit…I deal with skanks like him all day in my profession and have learned to deal with them in my own way…
I will dish to him as long as he feels the need to be dished to…
I will be respectful to those who subscribe to the Platinum Rule…
