A. Power clean & push press
B. Back squat OR front squat OR trap bar deadlift OR deadlift
C. Bench press OR incline DB press

My question: Is the intent here to switch up the exercises? If so, when? By week, or day, etc.?

No, ideally you want to pick 1 movement for each A, B, & C and do it the entire cycle.
