She’s cute, will grow up to be a pretty girl but so long as she has those people around her making her feel so great, she’ll always be a youtube pony. Kid’s need balanced yet harsh critcism to lose their ego’s and understand life isn’t ponies and rainbows and it also involves… in this context… broken noses, busted ribs, bulged discs, money box slots in your scalp, torn knees and shoulders and broken knuckles, if life is kind. If it is harsh then times that list by 50 and you’d at least be prepared. Don’t know of a single successful person that rode a magic carpet to success and greatness.
She is incredibly pampered that’s all.
Yeah, I was kind of thinking the same thing; although I honestly think that people need a mix of both positive re-enforcement and to encounter resistance if you want them to continue to progress and stay with something long enough to reach a really high level.
What we’re talking about is the difference between “self worth” and “self esteem/confidence”. The girl in the video has plenty of self esteem/self confidence, but her self worth is not at the same level. This generally leads to a false sense of accomplishment and quite possibly a very rude and unpleasant awakening should she ever have to fight someone who is not letting her win.
She also has some bad habits like like keeping her hands low (pretty much all the time) and pausing on the “firing line/in the pocket” at the end of her punch combinations (both of which leave her head wide open to getting hit and possibly KO’d). She also fails to angle out when she throws her leg kicks (again leaving her open to getting hit with a counter punch, especially because her hands are not up), and she never would have finished that armbar with her legs way out wide like that had he not been giving it to her. She did land a pretty nice spinning side kick though.
Here’s a girl that does not keep her hands up at all, has terrible punching technique including the few, really wild, spinning back fists, and from what i saw not flexible enough do to head kicks? Why is she so great other than these clowns going “oooooohhhhh” every time she fucking misses? She needs to wipe that stupid smile off her face and fight someone who will fight her back and rock her for keeping her hands down like she’s the Spider. This girl pissed me off, now I need to go train.
