Check out this little girl’s calf/leg development!
She’s only 2 1/2 years old.
She’s probably going to grow up to be a competitive powerlifter one day.

It’s a video, not a photo.
If you didn’t play it, you missed the best part where she flexes and sais “kick some butt”.
more importantly, when does a powerlifter use his or her calves? and what does definition have to do with powerlifting?

When he/she walks, but not much to help their sport.
nothing.
Kinda random questions, no?

Oops. I guess I missed the whole video thing. So much for being a smart ass!

Dude, who cares, because it’s clearly a joke and that kid is only 2 1/2 years old. Just enjoy seeing humanity at its most innocent.

Well, her squat form is pretty good when she picks things up off the floor.
ASS TO GRASS BABY!
Oh, and yes, if anyone hadn’t guessed yet, this is my daughter so forgive me if I’m a little biased about her potential.
We have her starting a dance class, and will continue to expose her to a variety of different physical fitness activities as she grows up (gymnastics, swimming, martial arts…), but will not force her into doing anything she doesn’t enjoy thoroughly.
Right now she loves watching mom and dad workout at home and wants to mimic everything we’re doing.
If she still enjoys it later in life, great!, if it’s not her thing, that’s fine too as long as she gets some form of exercise as she grows up.
nice kid
how do you put in a video file like that? that is really neat

Or a ballerina! (She will probably make a hell of a lot more money that way!)

It’s fairly new. You have to upload a video into your “My T-Nation”, “videos” area, then you can copy and past after where it says “New! Embed this video:”
it’s an open bracket ([) then the word “video” then a closed bracket (]), then the video’s number, then the same thing with the brackets and the word “video”, but with a (/) symbol before the word “video”.

Yea, I suggested another way that she could make money dancing after she turns 18, but my wife slapped me for it.
Hey, it helped put a lot of women through college.
