This is for those who have tried AGVT in the past or are currently doing it.
Do you guys increase the weight every week by the 6-9% (I believe thats what it is) and decrease the reps, eventually testing your abilities of a weight that you used before, or do you just increase the weight when you can do 10 sets of 5?
The second method seems easier than the method described in the article, however, I want to hear what others have to say…
