Anyone have any info on this? Does it work? I am thinking about doing this. Just for kicks.
I’d like to stay on my bed while sleeping…
I wonder if the same effects could be had by just elevating the pillow…
/edit
trying it
Looks interesting. My feet already almost come off my bed from being so tall, so this would probably make it much worse.

yeah i am the same way, at 6’2, but i have a memory foam bed, which i think is going to help stay me stay on. Plus with all the benefits, i think it is worth the try. Also, I can make a 7’ long incline for like 40 bucks, a circular saw, and some nails in about 30 minutes. I figure i can just throw it away if it doesn’t work.
“Emotional trauma releases from 3 weeks to 4 weeks and is ongoing depending on incline.”
I’d have to sleep standing up for this to happen.
Ok, so I tried it last night. I used a 4 inch board at the head, and a 2 inch about half way down for support. I when i was first laying there, i noticed something like a traction, but it could have just been the fact that this is the first time that i have been sleeping on an angle. I am going to try using the 8 inch height with a 4 and a 2 inch support lower on.
Hopefully i notice something…
i am trying to figure out the best way to do this with just a mattress on the floor. I guess i could buy a huge sheet of plywood, cut it down to fit my bed dimensions…
Cool! I’m trying it. This could also be the first downside to having a kingsize bed. This might end up being a decent project. Luckily we have memory foam, so it should be fine. I think I’ll do the Boards under the boxspring, sounds more stable than putting wood under the legs?

Dude, you are going to have to build a wedge frame and cross it with 2x4’s and put a lip on the bottom to keep the matress from sliding down the wedge. Also I would probably cover the surface the bed will be on with plywood. It will be a fun project though and you could stain it a nice dark color or something. If you are really good you could even make some doors on the sides for like storage compartments of something.

probably easier to read in bed too, and be a back sleeper
Looks like crock of shit to me
“Your heart wont work as hard, now this is going to extend life.” How’s that work now, if you’re lying flat there’s less resistance to pump blood around b/c everything is same level as heart. It’s pretty widely known bp and hr decrease lying compared to sitting or standing.
I always though decline/hanging sleep was supposed to be better because of the extra blood flowing to the brain? It doesn’t matter…reaing shit like this just make me envious of people that sleep.
I finished my second day, and to be honest, i am starting to notice things. First, I didn’t have to get up to go to the bathroom. first time that has happened for as long as i can remember. Also, i slept like a baby. I went to bed at 10:15 and got up BEFORE my alarm at 5:50a. Workout this morning was great and i had a lot of energy. I haven’t moved to the full 8 inches, but i didn’t slide down the bed at ALL with just for 4 inch incline (that may have to do with the fact that i have a memory foam bed).

Ya I saw this quote. There is no such thing as destressing emotional release or all the other terms that have been around for ahwile all to describe stuff that messes you up and makes you feel mentally fucked and try to explain it as good. Fascial relase pain? Ridiculouse at first I thought maybe this could maybe feel good to your back but seeing these “positive effects” makes me beleive this is likely very unhealthy.
Well no doubt at all the site is a crock of shit. But hey I geuss it could still have benefits for you if you feel better than good for you keep it up and keep us updatated.
Anyone trying this keep us posted
third day: I slid down the bed a little. I also woke up withlots of flem in my throat. I am very familiar with cleansing and thisis normal if/when your body is detoxing. I have to give it more time to see if this was a fluke. ALSO, I have been having some crazy dreams. Like, not happy ones either. This last one involved severe family issues and it was so severe I actually woke up breathing heavy like I had been running. Really weird, never had that before. And finally, I still haven’t had to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. That is three days in a row. If I make it through the weekend with same results, I can safely say this was the reason; not just a fluke.
Bump for more info…

I hope its not a fluke either. This can be the best thing since crossfit.
