These are pretty awkward right now. Haven’t done them in a long time.

You need to drop your ass lower and engage glutes… anyone who has lockout problems 90% of the time isnt engaging glutes at the bottom as well as the top. squeeze mothafucka

I’m working as a mover over the break. I’ll essentially getting paid (well) to do conditioning and structural work (which I need). Warehouse even has a pretty decent gym. Did a 2k on the erg today as part of a fitness test then moved around a dresser as part of a teamwork test. That’s all I did, but it’s something.

I missed my train yesterday morning and had to take the one at night. I didn’t sleep the night before. I was up for 35-36 hours before I fell asleep on the train. I only slept a little and it wasn’t good quality. Once I got back to DC, I went home, showered, ate breakfast, then went to the interview. Needless to say, I found bliss in getting into my bed.

I’ll still lift while I’m working. It’s just going to be low volume with the intensity still high.

I think you went with the funky head under butt form because to keep stress away from your knees. Once they heal up I’m sure you’ll be good for a lot more.

Spartee you were running out of room on the bar for ur dead session. Try hanging midgets of the plates if need be. They will make it a live lift so you will absorb their powers. specially going super saiyan.
Vinny fuck man I never laughed so hard on these logs when I saw you lifting in boots with that shit blaring cracked me up man loool.[/quote]

One day, man. One day.

That’s what I surmise as well.

Looking good man. I’ll be keeping an eye on your journey back to where you were at and past it!

Man, everyone is doing rack pulls haha. I may have to add some.

Training’s on the back burner somewhat right now. Will be balls deep in again in a couple of days.

I’m racing the McGr00b (xjustice2013x) on the cripple press (feet up bench) as of now. Anyone else is welcome to join. I’m going for 400 by May with close grip and he’s going for 300 by April. Pause is preferred but not necessary. Video required.

Sounds good, Flipper. I’d be down, but I can’t bench press 400 with my feet down as is.

It doesn’t have to be either of the weights listed. You can pick your own goal weight for that approximate time period.

This xjustice2013x fellow sounds like an impostor to me…

The one time I had faith in my memory for subtle details.

Alright for the next two weeks, I’m going to be squatting (working up to a heavy beltless squat), deadlifting (speed triples), and pressing (alternating lifts) Monday through Thursday then leaving Friday to finish up upper body. Then when I get back to school, I’ll start Ortmayer-Magnusson for my dead and doing my own thing for everything else including some event training.

Cool story bro, hows your holidays/working been, was hectic as fuck up here.

I have yet to work lol. The only work I’ve done so far is nailing down internships (good news, everyone), some work for a friend’s business, and some other shit. Christmas was nice. Got to see the whole family. Haven’t since the summer.
