Squat - 315x1, 405x1, 455x2, 495x1 knee popped
Intended to take 495 for a double and I would’ve, but my knee popped just before hitting the hole of the first rep. Fucked up the whole training session and hurts a bit now.
Deadlift - 510x, 510x1 Deadlift was fucked up. I want to shift my pull to Jesse Norris’s style as he has no apparent weaknesses in his deadlift. I could certainly feel the difference in both my core and posterior chain. Damn knee though.
SLDL - 510x3 partial, 353x1, 353x2, 420x1
Totally put at least 40lbs on my squat in three weeks with only two squat sessions though.
