Hi I was reading about conjugated periodization on this website. I have not tried to design a program using it yet, but I used to use the linear method all the time.
Im rally considering leaving the linear method to try this new method out, my only concern is that Im not an athelete anymore. I just work out for general physique and because I am in the army so it makes a lot of things we do easier to keep my strength up.
I might have over looked it but I didn’t see any mention of working the biceps in the Periodization bible part II so i was just curious if this whole thing was specifically designed for atheletes or if there was a way people like me could incorporate it into our workouts and continue to use standard body building lifts?
