hi i would like to know what u think of my training.
i’m a basketball player 17 years old and i’m in the middle of the season.

I don’t know what your schedule looks like but even so I would drop the volume significantly if I were you. I don’t think you need very much volume to maintain strength during the season, which should be your main goal with weights.

I have used a two day split with low volume main lifts and some asistance work to maintain strength, with good success. My split looked kinda like this:

Snatch Grip Dead 80% 3x2
Bench 85% 3x2
Band Leg Curls 3x12
Face Pulls 3x12

Squat 80% 2x2
Chins 80% 2x2
GHR 3x12
External Rotations 3x12

I think the main lifts helped maintain strength and the assistance work (which I supersetted and did pretty light) helped maintain muscle mass and joint health.
