So, if I perform the 20 rep breating squat on my leg day… What the hell do I do for the rest of my workout days? Should I stick to a “traditional” routine for the rest of my body? What has worked for you guys? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
All the 20 rep squat programs I’ve seen are based on full body workouts 2-3xs a week. I’ve done both the 20 rep squat and 20 rep deadlift, and got good results from both (although a little better from the deadlift), but I’m not sure how useful it would be if you’re only going to do it once a week on leg day.
