What is the main muscle I should focus on when training to increase vert? and what are the most important muscles that should be focused on in my training im afraid I focus on Hamstrings a little more then I should but im not sure. help me out thanks.
Jumping is an athletic movement. Dont get bogged down with bodybuilding isolation. Train the movement not the muscle. Posterior chain. What are your lifts in your various exercises? Do you need to focus on absolute strength or RFD?

I need to focus on strength. my one legged jumping is 36 inches but my 2 footed is similar to my standing and they are both 28-30. so I need to increase my strength then they should even out. any ideas.
