Im 6’2 and about 175lbs and im 22 i used to be on 1-ad and that shit was awesome but i want to get on some serious stuff to bulk up and gain tons of muscle mass but i need some help with what to use and where to get it

Well, avoid cardio. Simple as that if youre looking to bulk up. Mass gainer could help. But to start eat more often. Just remember…NO CARDIO!

Are you suggesting that in order to bulk one can not/should not do cardio?
I would agree that it may not be the time for HIIT, but I would actually say medium walking, walking up a grade would be beneficial.
I had very similar stats to yours at your age (now 34), only I’m 6’4". My first “orgainized” program was (drumroll…) CYBERGENICS!! While the lifting program was crappy I did learn one vital piece of info, eat. I was taking in over 7000 calories a day.
So do your core lifts, eat until you don’t want to, then eat more.
