NOTES: I had some family stuff come up as I was on my way to the gym so I had to get in and out and this was all I had time for. Omg I lurv me some Sheiko volume. I have 1.5 weeks left of training left before my meet so I’m just doing whatever I want right now and decided to try a bit of Sheiko work today. I loved it. I realize my higher rep work is terrible lol. I would have never thought I could struggle with 175 but I paused the last rep and it flew off my chest but somehow slowed down a millisecond after it left my chest. I’m definitely looking forward to Sheiko training after my meet.
