Had to jam this in fast before I had the mobility session with a trainer

They sucked, but usually by the third set I was starting to get it.

20171023 - League Hockey
Start of my’ leagues season
Refereeing - 2 hours
League now has only 6 teams. I’m the only returner to the Green team, along with the goalie.
Refereed White vs Gold for the first game. White is a bunch of young ACHA and D1 players. Gold is a bunch of older D1 players, a few from my university in town, UNO.
Gold won 10-7
Holy fuck it was fast.
Next game was Red vs Silver. Slower paced, although Silver had the the speed the match the earlier game.
Silver won 7-2.
I was hurting the second game. First game really pushed me.

No goals, couple of assists.
20171026 - Hockey
League Game - 1hour
Green vs White. Won 5-3, I got an assist. had a decent chance to score the first goal of the game for us on a rebound but I went wide with the backhand shot.
Team clicked right away, we only had 9 players to start, one showed up late to make it 10.
Our goalie did a fantastic job.
I’m still not able to match the former D1 players, but I can keep close enough to have them make mistakes.

League game - 1 hour Won 10-6
2 on the bench for each team, plenty of ice time.
Crazy fast and fun. Only way to do cardio, lol.
Still kicking. Dealing with a pinched nerve and shoulder issues from being in a hockey tournament a few weeks ago.
