Hey guys I’m new to T-Nation and would like to know if someone could provide me with some info on what to do and where to go. Specially regarding a “T” tranning & nutrition program.
So far what I’ve seen looks very nice on this site.
By the way I’m 25 years; height 5’8; weight 170. And I have an ok physic. Probably fat% around 16, 17 maybe. Jet I wish to bulk up a bit more at least 10 more pounds of mean muscle and ripped definition … doesn’t everybody else does? Maybe, anyways I’ll appreciate the facts.
