I'm Back After Injury

I posted here in early December ready to get started. Three days later my car got barrel-rolled by a speeding semi. A little over a month ago my Dr. finally approved exercise beyond rehab.

I started out with WS4SB about three weeks back and have already seen and felt what I feel are dramatic changes. I’m currently building my weights up, at this point I’m mostly concerned with form. My diet still sucks but I found Dr. Berardi’s Seven Habits article and have been trying to follow it although it’s MUCH harder than following the workout plan.

I’m now suffering hypertension which I think is probably a byproduct of the even more sedentary lifestyle I started leading after the accident but the Dr. has me on a diuretic. I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this and what it may effect regarding muscle cell hydration. As a true beginner it’s probably not critical but I’d like to know.
