Missed the last required rep, FACK! I may drop the weight on the front squat as Im not getting the required reps in, my elbows are shot…with that being said the 210/5 OH press went pretty smoothly.

Matty if you have to have someone wrap your elbows straight before you gank your left bicep!!

Pull all of the slack out of the bar before you start your lift then flex your arms straight then commence hulk mode!!

Have you tried the strap trick for front squats too? There’s a guy who does that at my gym (the guy squatting 500) and it works really well for him.

Next week my second to last set I will do dbl overhand, I do think your right, Im just an idiot :slight_smile:

I actually did use the strap for my last set and it actually worked well, I just have to remember to keep my elbows up.

Look at the picture canada k put up of you deadlifting/ just remember aems are hooks the legs and back do the lifting.
And yes form is improving
