I'm a Loner Dottie...a Rebel.

NOICE pull, Matty. You seriously tightened up your form and it’s working for ya!

This will sound bro-sciencey, but for me it a) promoted a better bar path, b) allowed my wrists/forearms/elbows to get more directly underneath the bar. I a) might be a direct effect of b).[/quote]

I like this much. Thanks.

HANG CLEANS - 135X5X10

HS ISO LOW ROW - 2PPS/15 3PPS/10,10,10 4PPS/7

CURLZXSOMEXSOME

Im going to keep the weight low on the hang cleans until the form is right, concentrated today on getting my lower body in unison with my upper body as well as where I begin the ascension of the bar in its final position. Ill go up 10 lbs next week. Havent used bands on inclines in a while, considered using average bands but stuck with light bands, note that unless going for a true 1rm I dont touch my chest on the reps as the ROM tends to aggravate my shoulders a bit when going this low.

Like that shoulder work Matty.

Thanks Dude,

Wanted to do some shoulder work and get through the session quickly so I mashed it up a little bit.

Benching looked really strong, especially after all that volume prior. What kind of weight/resistance do those bands add at the top & bottom of the movement?

Giants!!!

In more ways than one because I really don’t think the Niners can beat New England. Vernon Davis is the only gamebreaking playmaker the Niners have, and Belichick specializes in shutting down a team’s primary weapon. I don’t hate Brady, I hate Belichick!

Im guessing here Tyr, but maybe at its top its about 52 - 54 inches so 84.7 lbs?

I hate both! Lets Go Jints!

That’s some crazy incline pressing…

Thanks Ddot!

WEEK 6 DAY 1

SQUAT - 155/5 190/5 235/5 270/5 315/5 365/1 ( P FUCKING R +25)

A1) BENCH - 155/5 190/5 225/5 265/5 305/4 (FU inclines yesterday made me lose that rep) 275/6
A2) DB ROW - 80/15 100/12,12

CLOSE GRIP BENCH - 245/10 225/12

B1) BB ROW (SUPINATED GRIP) 135/5 160/5 190/5 235/5 260/5
B2) WEIGHTED PUSHUPS - 0/15 90/10,10,10

SUPINATED CHINS - 0/10 25/7 45/5 55/4 0/10 (36)

Many of you guys know I struggle mightily with my squat (well more than my other lifts) so this 365 is very big for me. I venture to guess if I didnt do the 315/5 beforehand I possibly would have gotten more. My bench suffered today probably because of the heavy inclines yesterday, Saturday should be my other stuff day not Sunday.

Wow Matty-I was coming in to comment on how impressed I was with the pressing video, and I get a squat video as well…with a 25# PR??? That looked SOLID. Very impressive man. Should be very very proud of that, congratulations!!!

Nice Lift Matty!

Thanks so much Lula and Hara, since I have been squatting 3 times a week my confidence has gotten better. The idea of doing 5x5 has helped as well. Like I have said so many times I am trying my best to get good at the stuff that counts!

Damn bro, that squat PR looked solid! I think 400 ain’t far away, especially squatting 3x a week. You gots good recovery going on…

Matty very nice work ! A squat PR and some bad ass inclines, well done.
