Okay we have basically 4 games left.

AFC- the same guys who do the big ten network pregame show

FOX doesn’t have the super bowl this year or I would be working it.

Thanks bro…DLs are very hit or miss for me, I used to do very low reps, but the 5 reps seems perfect if I was gonna do max reps I think I had 2-3 more in me…well maybe 2!

from this angle it looks like your arms are not 100% locked. Flex your triceps when you grab the bar, as you lift more weight this will help prevent a bicep tear. Outside of that small thing they looked good. you’re definitely getting stronger man!
