The inside of my elbows are causing a ton of pain trying to get the blood flowing on my biceps to combat this.

^ Matty both my elbows have been blown up the past few months, it was from all the pulling and grip work I did.

You may just have to rest things that piss it off right now and work on other weakness.

I am doing a 6 months of squat and MP to let the Elbows heal, no DL or Farmers work.

Or you can go get some Graston work done on the elbows. :slight_smile:
