Oddly enough the supinated grip rows hurt less then that of the pronated ilk, I would think I would be using more biceps with the supinated grip, Ill stick with these since they seem to cause less discomfort and will hit my lats more. Squatting is a total embarrassment couldnt get 290/5 only 4 Im alreadty stalling FACK!
I know it works but I can never think of doing squat and bench on the same day

Yeah bro, the squatting 3 times a week is rough but I HAVE to get better at it, the benching really doesent bother me though. That fucking Abinator is G E N I U S!

LOL your right, Im going to take some vids on Friday maybe you can check my stance. Overall pretty dissapointed in my numbers overall even though my gym PRs are higher just feel that I should be higher than they are, gotta get technique down pat but then again maybe Im thinking too much.
