Brett - thanks man, I really never want to be called on depth, now this is obviously making the weights lifted harder but it will be so much more sweet once I hit 4 plates on the squat.
RV - I have done those in the past however my main goal is strength at this point and to eventually enter in a OH press comp. I do incline presses often and it seems to mimic what you described pretty well.

Notes: Squatting again even though with light was tough as I am hella sore, ran out of gas on the 280/5, even with the 275 bench I barely made 5, I was fucking beat. It felt good to be back at it however. I may fuck around at my buddies brothers gym in Jersey tomorrow and do some assistance stuff. After that I will Front Squat Incline and Millies…sounds like fun.
