Lack of sleep is brutal indeed. I wonder if you need to pare down your sessions a bit to make up for that.
Solid work as always!

Lol not hate on my part. To me its a wait and see approach.
I can with 100% confidence that Tebow will never win the SB.
History has shown that this style of QB has never won the SB

I 100% agree with you but I think theres a small chance he can change part of what he is. I think he can possibly, with practice and some luck, be a Fran Tarkington type QB.

The kid will win some games, he even may get his team in the Playoffs.
But he will not win past that. History has shown since 1990 what it takes to get to the SB.
You have a better chance with a QB that is a manager of the game like the Ravens. But even they could not repeat.
Again not hating, just looking at where the NFL is and will be.
How is that wildcat thing working out for most teams?

Yep, though I think he might can be taught to manage games. I would not have drafted him in the first round, or as a QB.
Watched a couple Tebow games recently. The guy has legit RB inside running moves, and enough (average for a RB) speed to get around the outside. I’d say he’s a better RB than Shonn Greene!
I’m just thinking it’s awful tough to defend against 3 RBs, one of whom can actually throw a decent deep ball. Problem if I understand it correctly is that with the wildcat, you have a QB who can’t really run, and a RB who can’t really throw?
Not laughing at the “paltry weight on the leg press” - just the image of you doing fire hydrants! HA! I’m sure I could watch that for hours…sigh.
Oh Snap! I didn’t realize you had started working a graveyard shift. I commend you on, um, everything! I don’t think I could do it, none the less train with some heavy-ass weights. Good stuff!
And yeah, sorry about the Jets…If it means anything, Mark Sanchez is MUCH sexier than Tim Tebow.
ehhh, this magic will run out, Fox and Elway knows this, my jets are paper tigers as I explained in the NFL thread…
Masch, it seems like most people in my gym stare at me when I do fire hydrants, maybe Im doing it wrong, I also urinate everywhere while I do it, just like my pooches!

You’re not going commando with baggy shorts are you? If so, it explains the staring.

Solid work as always Matty. I like the warm ups too and I think you’ll really feel a difference from doing them on a regular basis.
I think the key is to row regardless of it’s it using a DB or a BB.
james
You know what will get you out of your fog multiple DL singles at 95%.
Thanks James I have been doing them pretty consistently for about 2 - 3 months now, The mobility in my shoulders have improved by at least 70% I shit you not, I have very little shoulder pain now, between the pullaparts, dislocates and face pulls, its magical.
Joe - Well Im scheduled to 90% singles next week, hopefully by then Ill be out of my haze.
Solid week
Mobility is the cure all that is why I pimp it.
All this football talk is like the adults in Charlie brown talking,
Thanks Kev, you pimpin the mobility stuff is part of the reason I started doing them consistently…so thank you sir.
