Notes: Today I would classify as an effective session. I didnt overdo anything as Im trying to still get healthy and not shoot my load. The singles were an excellent way to practice my form which is a big hurdle for me, I would say that out of the 12 pulls 4 of them were as good as they were gonna get, some were awful and others…ehhh. I think my chins were too close to the bar in other sessions, I concentrated on being a bit further away from the bar and when the pull started I sort of pulled the bar into me which caused me pull back on my heels, I think it worked. Power shrugs were fun but started to lose my grip, these will be a constant for me. Have a great weekend friends…
