I can’t fathom being able to put almost as much weight in one’s hands as on one’s back. Wicked jersey though.
And that squat was definitely plenty deep. But that gym! Blegh! Man, after one day of squatting at my club I swear you’d make a 20lbs PR.

Dude I wish I had something like your club around my way…the gym sucks however, no one except for like 5 guys uses the racks so in a way it works out lol…

All the more reason to go to the gym and wear it for a workout. Really. That’s what I found out. I’m horribly self conscious, and it helped take the edge off. (And no one laughed.)

Dday’s right, you look like you’re trying to curl the bar. Just let arms hang down straight. Look up, arch back, get the hips down, then stand up. The fact that you almost curled it proves you’ve got mind-boggling strength.

Lean back more and drive your heels into floor.

Your pulling the weight, start by getting a tight arch, chest up and drive with your legs first-- like squating, then lean back and drive your hips through.<---- make sense?

To fix the arms thing: when you grab the bar lift your chest and squeeze your triceps with your arms straight.
