OK tested my squat today…Im a bit frustrated, I seem to be good at shit that don’t count and bad at shit that does. Now I freeze framed the squat at its lowest depth and it seems to be parallel. I dont know my confidence isnt as high as I would like it to be…the meet come December may be a true shit show…
SQUAT - Worked up to 340/1 failed at 365 dumped bar over my head.

I have 5 weeks until the meet, instead of testing my maxes next week I will be testing them this week. Bench tomorrow…and maybe DL…current maxes are 320 and 455 respectively. The next 4 weeks I will really be honing in on the main lifts and cutting out much of the assistance, maybe 2 assistance moves per day instead of 5 zillion. Vid below…

NOTES: Modest gain on the bench but it went up pretty smoothly, on the 335 I get stuck in the middle of the lift, maybe some 2 board pressin will help that. THE MCRIB IS BACK…and I had umm 3 at 3am, so good going down so bad coming out! I am a weak, weak man.
Thanks guys the trap feels better just extremely sore, I think I strained it doing the BB shrugs at 465, when there was really no need, until I can get 15 reps of 4plates I will go up in weight.
