I’ve actually thought about this question quite a bit and I’ve narrowed it down to original Surge Recovery or Metabolic Drive. It’s a coin flip from there, I absolutely LOVE those 2 supplements above all (I’ve used every supp in the T-store). Flameout and Superfood would follow.
1-Met Drive, without a doubt. This was the first product I ever bought from Biotest way back, and it’s been a staple of my training ever since.
2-Flameout - Not only does is make a hell of a difference in my aging (aching) joints, but I notice body comp changes as well.
3-Anaconda -The difference during training is more noticeable than I truly would have thought.

Hmm, second choice after MAG-10… Metabolic Drive.
Z-12, and I don’t have a history of sleep problems.
close 2nd would be Metabolic Drive, it makes oatmeal taste so good.
J F, what kinda effect does Z-12 have for you to rate it number one? especially since you didn’t have any sleep problems. Just curious. I have found that elite mineral does wonders for my sleep.

Obviously I’m not JF, but I have used (and loved Z12). Its effects (for me) are 1) I fall asleep quicker 2) I sleep deeper (I slept through a fire drill) 3) I feel more refreshed when I wake up.
I’m gonna have to give it a try.

Z-12 relaxes me before bed. It used to take about 20-30 mins for me to fall asleep because I would have so many thoughts running through my head.
By relaxing me, I’m able to fall asleep quicker.
I feel more refreshed on days I take it.
And one of the biggest for me, is it seems to help calm me during the day. I don’t suffer from anxiety (except maybe in crowded areas, especially traffic), but I just feel more at ease during the day.
I love Flameout and Superfood as well. Flameout I can get from another fish oil if need be, I feel Superfood is truly unique.

3-way tie for 3rd place (because I’m just that bad at following directions): Flameout, Rez-V, and/or Alpha Male

Surge Recovery
When I don’t take it, I’m much more sore. I also use it pre-workout for my early morning workouts and it give me energy to get things going. I haven’t found any other recovery type product that works as well for me.
Power Drive has let me train in the morning, and thus, actually given me a routine to follow as the rest of my day can be unpredictable depending on the workload in my classes.

FINiBARs, because I can train hard w/ plenty of calories in my stomach and not puke.
With the recent price increases, these might end up being the only two Biotest products I use anyway.
Up until very recently, it would’ve been Spike shooters / Spike tabs
But now I’m thinking FINiBARs by a nose…
EDIT - though completely irrelevant, Classic Grow! and MAG-10 Legacy would be my very top 1-2 punch
^^^ Spike is an excellent choice as well. I really like how each one serves it’s own purpose. If I have a shit ton of reading to do = Spike Tabs, haven’t slept in 24 hours = Spike Shooter, an everyday/anytime energy drink = Spike Shotgun.
Spike is a brilliant product. I hand them out here and there at my school and people go bananas.
First, Metabolic Drive Complete, because it provides quick and easy nutrition for those days when there is no time for cooking.
Second, would be Spike for its ability to increase productive output. Quicker mind and quicker body.
Third, Surge Workout Fuel, for its ability to increase work capacity.
Unbelievable products.

I really enjoy Metobolic Drive Lo Carb. It’s so tasty.
