#1 Biotest Supplement

What’s the best supplement from Biotest that you’ve noticed working better than any other one. Doesn’t have to be just best working, but the one that has had the biggest impact on you.

Not which one has the most long-term potential so much (Superfood, Flameout come to mind), but ones that you’ve noticed an immediate impact, it could be the 2 aforementioned though.

For me, it’s 11-T. Curious as to others.

BCAAs

Uh…fish oil (Flameout).

I’ve been out for like a 1.5 months and my joints are beat to hell.

Never noticed this before, probably because for the last few years that’s the longest I’ve gone without taking massive doses of fish oil.

I’m killing 20-30 Wal-Mart fish oils a day til my Flameout gets here.

At the time, Surge Recovery because (about 2 years ago) I was just having plain whey in water. I definitly noticed an improved recovery. Now (cause PWO nutrition is something I’ve got down), I would vote for Metabolic Drive Chocolate. It hasn’t “done” anything for me physically noticably. However, it makes me LOVE my morning oatmeal. I go to sleep, just to wake up and eat oatmeal. LONG LIVE Metabolic Drive CHOCOLATE!!!

Dude, I am with you on that.

I used to mix Metabolic Drive Choc or Metabolic Dirve vanilla with a packet of instant (yes, I said instant) oatmeal, usually splenda-sweetened maple & brown sugar flavored oatmeal, or apple cinnamon, then I’d throw in two scoops of Superfood, a bit of water, mix it up and microwave for 60 seconds. Really really heavenly.

Although I haven’t taken a lot of Biotest stuff… Superfood was amazing. It made me feel so energetic and put me in a great mood. I need to get more.

Surge Workout Fuel.

I never thought my workouts suffered in their intensity, but I’m able to train harder, and longer, when I have this.

Tough question, because for me I would have to say its between Flameout and Superfood. The reason I have picked these two is because I have felt the difference with them and without them in a short time.

Superfood made me feel at ease and just all around mellow in a good way. This is good because I am a spark plug for the most part. Flameout because my old football injuries seem to improve when I am taking it, and worsen when I don’t. Can’t argue with shit like that.

Easily Surge, in terms of recovery and physique.

Flameout. My joints are fucked when I’m not taking this stuff.

Surge in a very close second, for recovery.

Actually, I’d say they’re both equal, I just chose Flameout cause I take it everyday.

I’ve never noticed anything from Flameout, but I take it anyway. Superfood makes me feel happy for about twenty minutes after taking it.

How come when someone asks this question every week,you get the same generic Superfood,Metabolic Drive,Bcaa’s,Flameout answer.Did any of you read the question,or is it you get instant results from taking the great food Biotest makes?I love my Metabolic Drive,Flameout,Surge Recovery,and Superfood;but I have never,ever seen immediate results from these supps.

As far as the supps from here I’ve goten the most bang for my buck and seen instant results from has to be 4-AD and Surge Workout Fuel.A close second is HOT-ROX Extreme.

Honestly-especially while cutting-the BCAA’s taken in larger doses has helped my not only keep my muscle in calorie deficit but I have actually gotten stronger during cuts…So I guess for imitate results I’d have to go with BCAA’s

Everything else is just ‘faith’.

If there was one I couldn’t live without, it would be Low Carb Met Drive. Its essentially regarded as food in my daily intake.

What atually made a noticable difference? Flameout. I was suffering from some seriously painful chronic inflammation and Flameout’s turned me onto the whole fishoil train.

Honestly Power Drive.

I swear I have 10% more strength when using it an hour or two before workouts.

I know for fact that I can throw the disk a noticeable bit farther. Plus I seem to have more mental endurance.
