It’s all in fun, man. I don’t hate NJ. I honeymooned in Wildwood. I’ve also done some time in Jersey City. Tad bit dodgy but I was glad it wasn’t Newark.

Bosu ball squatz and crunchez.

I don’t hate new jersey either… Just everyone that’s from there

clean and press
weighted pullups

  or

deadlifts and standing BB shoulder presses

I dunno, something that sets off a lunk alarm in Alabama whilst someone else takes a video…wait for it.

Lunges and push ups…

Seated military press and Romanian deadlifts.

I’d just take up sewing instead of lifting then…

This is a toughie… squats and deadlifts will keep me happy though.

Welcome back, Ceph! We all missed you!

Deads and Incline Bench until the end.

#1 FULL CLEAN- combination of deadlift and squat with the added benefit of power, balance, mobility, and overall athleticism
#2 STANDING OVERHEAD PRESS- best measure of pressing strength, with a bit of coordination included

You would also look somewhat like a bodybuilder while being a powerful and functional motherfucker.

RUNNER UP: FULL SNATCH- decent combination of both, but lacks pressing strength

If I could only pick 1, it would be the FULL SNATCH because it is the best combo of everything.

Not enough squat love in this thread!

  1. Squat
  2. Clean and press

Tricep kickbacks supersetted with air guitar

1 interweb point if you tell me who invented this workout

Squat and MP, plus boxing.

I have to agree on these.

Thought about this before and glad to see the majority all agreed.

Gotta be one of squats, deads or power clean with one of the bench variations or overhead press to hit all the main groups.

I could live on deads and overhead press indefinately…with milk and pussy for afters.
