If you do this please do not use coricidan (sp?) or anything with acetaminophen in it. Make sure the ingredient label reads dextromethorphan and nothing else. Also, if you take any kind of SSRI you have a high risk of developing serotonin syndrome Serotonin syndrome - Wikipedia.

Agreed. The other stuff in cold medicine can have very negative effects in high doses(about the doses you need for a DXM high). Although, I’m quite sure it is illegal to use this product against the label. Try a generic brand, they are supposed to be less syrupy and can be drank easier. Many people do not like this high, some do, some could care less. Dramamine(motion sickness) can also get you high.
Salvia has never done much for me, feels like weed for about 20 minutes. I’ve seen people trip balls(they can not even stand up and start going like wtf, why am I in Mexico or some shit). Its way more expensive than weed, and I’d recommend just staying with weed.
Get poppy seeds and soak them in hot water and add hunny(If you do this, make sure you find directions online for doses.), You can OD, and it has happened before. Similar to heroin high if I remember correct(I have never used this method before).
Nitrous, You can generally find them in head shops(look like C02 canisters). They are called Whippets. You buy a box of them used for “food preparation” and a cracker. With the balloon sticking on the end of the Cracker, crack the nitrous. Then inhale the contents.
Nutmeg, get fresh nutmeg at a local health store and crush it up. I hear its a shitty high.
Jancans(sp), sounds completely disgusting. You piss and shit into a bottle and put a balloon on top. In 3-4 weeks you will have a balloon full of methane. Inhale the balloon.
GHB - Illegal but easily synthesized. I will not tell you how to make it, look online if you really want to. If you do make this, be sure to use food coloring. This can be overdosed on and by coloring it, people will not mistake it for water.
DMT - Illegal - Supposedly like LSD but way stronger. Only lasts around 30 minutes. Can be made if you have lab experience with organic chem, it can be done without, but if you can seriously screw yourself up if you do it wrong.

This is a good rule in general. Acetaminophen can be some very nasty stuff. It’s somewhat ironic that the most dangerous component (in terms of deaths, od’s, etc.) in a few popular drugs of abuse is the most legal and most commonly used.
