Identify Flaws in This Physique

it’s not about having your muscularity recognized. people don’t envy dudes who aren’t lean. period. an aspiring bodybuilder may admire or envy you/akuma because they know your physique + clen + t3 + disciplined diet = awesome; however, others think of you not as what you COULD be but what you look like at that moment.

a double-digit bodyfat physique is not aesthetically pleasing.
Being lean, lean face (defined facial features), abs, seperation between muscles, generally does attract more female attention than carrying a higher bodyfat.

Wow… you really are a fucking idiot.
Nah, he’s just a really effective troll. Every time people start to accept that, he makes a new over-the-top inflammatory statement like “a double-digit body fat physique is not aesthetically pleasing.”

LOL…so does money and social influence.

It is true though…if your goal is to cause average people to “envy” you based on how you look, you should definitely avoid serious bodybuilding. This is likely to intimidate or cause concern in the opposite sex thus making you less desirable to the “average female”.

Mind you, the “average female” is overweight, not extraordinary and likely to not be interested in a lifestyle that involves regular daily intense activity.

If your goals are to impress the average person with no intimidation…hell, drop down to about 150, get those abs out and just let the ladies roll in like waves.

Well first and foremost I mentioned being lean, I did not mention being scrawny/small/frail, I will also say the lean Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman are also not appealing to most females I have discussed bodybuilding with.

Secondly it’s a pretty easy observation between personal experience and knowing who my friends at college are fucking. It’s not hard to observe who is going home with who and when you have a lot of friends and see the same faces day in and day out at the dorms. Ugly is ugly, but lean, muscular, the majority of the time takes the cake with who’s getting fucked the most.

I recieve drastically more interest from women when I am leaner and itis a self confidence boost ten fold.

And I am not talking about average women…I’m talking about attractive females but our opinions on what is atractive and what is not may or may not be the same.

And just to throwit out there, I know plenty of guys who don’t lift that pull quality women easily, I also know plenty of guys who lift and don’t get laid.

Dude, it isn’t like the rest of us have never been lean before.

I’m just throwing that out there because your statistics about your college experience seem to ignore that many of us have been in college too.

This isn’t a contest of who gets laid the most. If your goal is to impress the average, avoid extremes.

If I said yes, would that mean I am doing something wrong?

Yes it’s part of the equation. I am also very competative, I like to excel at things, I like the attention, I like being strong, I like making improvements in body comp and strength, I like being ahead of a lot my peers and absolutely to help attract women. It’s an ego boost, brings self confiedence, helps me excel in other areas of life, teaches dedication, perseverance, commitment, that good things come to those who work. It’s also a great stress release and just something to enjoy when I am bored, going to the gym is a great highlight in my day when I have no other plans. It’s fun, exciting, hitting new PRs, getting bigger, getting leaner are all things that excite me and elevate my dopamine levels. If I don’t want my bodyfat levels to get as high as some other people’s when bulking, that’s my choice, I do what makes me feel good both physically and mentally. My ideal physique is that of a guy such as Greg Plitt or several mens physique competitors on the larger side.

Dude, good for you.

But why the need to inform us so much that you would rather stay lean and would like to look like a “physique competitor”?

I mean, this is the bodybuilding forum but I swear I hear that a lot from you.

We get it. You like being lean. What gets me though is that the thought seems to be that the rest of us either can’t get lean or are so fat we need to be informed what the other side is like frequently.

I’m not fat. Yes, I am sure the average woman would be more attracted to me leaner rather than fatter.

However, this isn’t about who gets laid more because bodybuilding is about LONG TERM GOALS.

I would think the ones who won’t stick with this long term are the ones doing it for ass.

I mean, what happens when you get hitched? No more motivation?

Just answering a question, I did list many more motivating forces behind why I lift other than the vagine. When I get hitched I’ll hop on the “HRT” train and get yoked. As of now I am getting bigger and stronger while eating good, and lifting a lot, nothing crazy compared to everyone else.

Shit, I should be doing HRT? Damnit!

Whether you’re hitched or not you’re still lifting to look good naked.

Makes me wonder about how aesthetically unappealing the blokes with BF 10% and above are ?! For competition sure, but for the rest of the year?

EDITED QUOTES.

Why wouldn’t “Men’s Physique” be considered a Bodybuilding-related goal? Yes I realise they are different categories in competition but are we not deploying Bodybuilding nutrition and training protocols to achieve the former? My point is the pursuit is big enough for all people to achieve all goals.

Maybe get your homophobia checked out my friend. If you are uncomfortable with being able to judge what a good looking dude looks like, you may be homosexual.

If you want to call me gay because I can say another man is a good looking guy without any sexual gestures or thoughts whatsoever and you want to classify me as a fag, enjoy yourself.

I was going to justify myself even further, but I am comfortable enough to just let it slide. It feels good to be comfortable enough in ones own skin to make judgements and not worry about others opinions. You should try it sometime or just come out of the closet, whatever is holding you back.

Nice squat by the way bro, too bad your cognitive reasoning falls far short of your lifting abilities.

I don’t even know what this arguement is about but austin didn’t you spend some time pretty chunkie a while back?
Back when you were posting in the 17 and 18 inch arm thread.
Good job on leaning out.
Do you think spending that time chunkie helped you develope at all?
You didn’t really lose any arm size when leaning out either right?

I know this is probably off topic and random I’m not trying to prove a point or anything, just wondering.
