That wasn’t what was said. This whole thread has been a back-and-forth between people saying Zyzz’(s?) physique could be improved upon and fanboys that say his aesthetics were flawless, but defend any perceptible flaws by saying Zyzz was young enough to improve them. Not hating. Just enjoying the irony.
Did you quote me on accident? Nothing you posted had anything to do with what I wrote. The only person saying that Zyzz was flawless has been thefederalist. Because he is a troll. I don’t understand why some of you guys have so much trouble realizing this. You jumped all over Roguevampire for being a troll when he’s really just a weird guy. Why are none of you acknowledging that thefederalist is a troll?

Edit: Actually, I really don’t know. Roguevampire might be a troll, I have no idea.
No accident. I was explaining to you why Professor X did not “insinuate homosexuality” in what he said. You are one of the people that said Zyzz shouldn’t be compared to older trainees. Is he perfect, then?.

Roguevampire IS a troll. I already know that. I “jump all over him” to point out his
trollishness to people who can’t seem to see it for themselves. I’m also aware that The Federalist is trolling in the name of Zyzz - you apparently knew that as well, but it didn’t stop you fanning the fires of this thread, did it?
I still don’t know where you explained anything about PX.
Read the posts and use your head. I can’t fathom how you came to the conclusion that X was calling anybody gay when you already know that the OP is trolling and you yourself sees that Zyzz needs to bring up certain areas. If you want me to spell it out, X was saying that people shouldn’t hold Zyzz as a standard of perfection. The worrying part is that you’ve made these observations yourself but still have to argue it out to understand it.
U seem mad brah. The quote insinuates that people defending Zyzz are gays. If you can’t see that, you need to open your eyes, read the post again and use your head. The quote would say what you say it does if it didn’t have that pesky “…especially from other guys” part. PX and I aren’t even arguing this. The worrying part is that you’ve decided to stick your nose in two other people’s discussion and still have to argue for no reason.
FML. Kid with zero reading comprehension and listening skills resorts to paraphrasing my post as a response. Shut up and grow up.

Lol come at me and my academic scholarship bro, partly due to my perfect score on Critical Reading on the SATs. Don’t mouth off at me and then get mad when I do the same. Maybe you need to grow up and learn how to express yourself better, you cheeky cunt.

-that ain’t photoshopped. his abs are more defined, he isn’t even cut up here. His chest is fuller, shoulders wider, traps taller. what else?
credit where credit is due, zyzz is lean as hell, and looks really good. but there are SOO many dudes who look as good, and plenty that look BETTER. i just dont get the sensation. although i really like the interview he did…
Plitt is as much famous for his body as his Special Forces/Army background…his “inspirational story” and motivational bullshit is why he’s one of the top fitness models, in addition to his physique.

Not to say Plitt’s build isn’t very good, but:
-he’s older and has more training under his belt
-Plitt denies his drug use–zyzz was open about what made his physique
-Uses fake plates in his lifting videos
-listening to his self-help stuff makes me wanna puke

Advantage: zyzz (IMO)

No offense, but it just sounds like you have something against Akuma. Being big and lean is impressive. Being not so big and lean will not shock that many people…except usually people smaller than the guy being discussed.

I don’t see anyone here bashing members like MadTitan. I consider him a friend. He also carries a far more impressive build than Zyzz yet people are still bringing this guy up as if he had no equal.
I guess in a way I do have something against Akuma01. I’ve seen his posts in this forum and in the Training Logs section and the impression I got of him was that he was:

 1. Solely focused on building his internet reputation.
 2. Whiny.
 3. A liar.

He put himself on display when he didn’t have the goods, lied about his lifts and then quit when the going got tough and he finally got down to mid-teens body fat. To me, that is everything that is wrong with ‘internet bodybuilding’. It’s a display of ego but with absolutely no substance behind it. That is what I have against him and that’s why I found his thinking that leanness was unimpressive so backwards. I am not one to post frequently (aside from this thread clearly, lol) but I had to speak up to point out the hypocrisy.

Q: Flaw in this physique- Posted in BB section.
My A: Legs.

A response was made: He’s lean year round
My response to that: “Leanness is not impressive. How long does it take someone to reach his bf? A couple months. How long does it take to reach impressive Muscle mass? Years → Decades.”

Then people go on to point out the fact that I FAILED in my diet (but no one seems to recall that i had been dieting for 6months, dropped 50lbs, and was being told to push my comp entry back several more months in order to be ready) THAT shit takes its toll, and yea, i broke down. Never did i say it was easy for me. It wasnt. It isnt. But being genetically really lean and growing up fat make for two COMPLETELY different views on weight loss.

And another thing, im not here for my fucking ego, im not here to prove anything to anyone. Ive been trying not to post on this damn site for the simple fact that everyone is so damn quick to belittle others that its disgusting.

impeccable logic. youve won the best internetting of the day award.
not solely based on that fact, but another “piece of evidence” cluing in on the fact that zyzz isn’t SUPER AWESOME BRO!!
zyzz was plenty popular and had lots of fans, i think if he were SUPER AWESOME, he woulda made the cover of something
I do hate to argue with a local homeboy 805 wut wut… however it is typically professional MODELS that are on the cover of magazines… you know… modelling. Zyzz was not a model. Saying him not being on magazine covers is somehow relevant to this discussion is… well… absurd. Sorry brah.

Its like saying a beautiful girl isn’t beautiful because she’s not on magazine covers.

i thought about bowing out and saying nothing… however, i will gracefully admit defeat, and proclaim my jealousy of zyzz’s physique is the reason for my rebuttal.

zyzz DID do some modeling and erotic dancing but he couldn’t do a ton of mainstream stuff because of the fact that he was OPEN ABOUT HIS DRUG USE.

he had a fitness mag quality physique but you won’t see Muscle and Fitness knowingly hire an open juicer.

edit: hallowed, please change your avi. i can’t focus

Do you not realize the contradiction with your statement that people have a problem with? On one hand you say getting lean is not impressive, yet the one time you attempted to do it you had a hard time and failed. I would think someone that had a hard time and failed at getting lean would be impressed or atleat have a level of respect for someone that has acheived that. The people that had a problem with your statement are the least likely to belittle anyone here.

But look at the starting points. Zyzz was tiny prior to lifting/“using.” I was 220 in Junior high. Also, the fact that He was “using.” Im not. He lacked legs so i simply stated that. I only said that Leanness was not impressive when the OP responded to my first post with “He’s lean year round.” I appreciate fat loss, but when you dont have a whole lot to begin with, it’s not a huge feat.

But it doesnt really matter what i say, does it? W/e, im done.

Fed’s guide to blowing up the BB forum, start a Zyzz thread.

This will turn into a black hole of nonsense like every other aesthetics thread about him on the web. You gotta take this shit elsewhere, like /fit/ where it belongs.

this was more fun than i expected, i should’ve grabbed the popcorn

i honestly did not think this would turn into an 8 page LOLfest; however, it generally seems that his detractors’ main argument against his physique is in the context of competition. it’s worth noting that competition and bodybuilding are not synonymous/coextensive.

tl;dr bodybuilding =/= competing

Can you stay as lean as he did year round? You have a great physique and stay pretty lean from what I’ve seen, but I highly doubt it. Being able to stay that lean IS impressive.

So here you refer to zyzz being lean, now he is shredded so you can make a point. We could talk about what is lean or shredded all day though and never agree because our perceptions of that are obviously different, which is fine.

The above quote is the whole reason I got into this though. You are talking to someone that got contest condition and doubting that he can be lean/shredded year round like zyzz as if that is more imrpessive, when the goals of both are completely different as I have explained.

**Edit I got pwned so yes ill PM you

BONEZ called it early… and yet y’all still fell for this shit. Hook, line and sinker.

Anyhow, we all know that all zyzz did was gas himself up to the point where he needed earplugs, a ball gag and anal beads to keep the juice from leaking out of his swarthy, supple body… and then proceeded to get jacked by curling brewskies and doing half a dozen push-ups every Friday night before raging at the club.

And yeah, he’s ripped and got superhuman levels of strange in his day, but he wouldn’t even look like he lifted unless he ran about in an XXXM T-shirt. Unlike me, who can fill out an XXL, but only look like a lifter when I sit close to my web cam with dim lighting holding a sign. And we all know that’s what women want: bulky men who manage to give some semblance of shape to shirts made out of spare parachutes.

Besides, cutting is easy. I went from permabulk to semi-smooth and, as such, have keen insight into what it takes to go from semi-smooth to abs you can pound shot luges off of (and I mean this in about as much of a ‘no homo’ way a guy can muster when his hobby revolves around baby-oiled, banana-hammocked men gyrating around stage to not only show off their hairless, sculpted musculature, but ALSO to floss the ass crack they’re too unfunctional to be able to reach and wipe). I was also able to bulk my arms from 14" - 17", so hit me up if you need ‘advices’ on going from 17" - 20".

Oh well. thefederalist has proven once again how silly the Internet really is. Classic move of the Troll 2.0 - instead of rambling on and on with ridiculous comments to draw attention to himself (a task so easy a lobotomized, mongoloid monkey can manage to accomplish), this new breed creates a silly controversy and fades into the background… laughing as everyone else, in the name of all that is good and holy, cannibalize each other over dozens of posts in an attempt to show off how smart/clever they are by completely missing the point of all of this… all the while failing to see just how green their skin has turned and how sloped their foreheads have gotten.

This slack-jawed, knuckle-dragging, limp-dicked candy-ass God-forsaken motherfucker has managed to bend 90% of this thread’s posters over the table and rape them with a trollipop.

And, on behalf of everyone who managed to get it from the get-go, I salute him for the lulz.
