Cook your meals at dinner and bring them to work in tupperware, pretty simple. I don’t think you needed to make a whole thread about this.
Chicken breasts, turkey, even steak would be great, then just toss some veggies in on the side and your good to go.
Your only limited by your own level of creativity.
spinach, broccoli, carrots, grape tomato’s, crumbled blue cheese, 1 can of tuna, 2 hardboiled eggs, cucumber, kidney beans. Put salad dressing in a smaller separate container, mix at work.

Soup and beans? Any dead animal flesh in there?
Ive have brought some canned wild sockeye/pink salmon and veggies in tuppeware and cottage cheese mixtures to work before, the salmon is because I hate canned tuna.
chilli con carne or boston beef and baked bean hot pot.
Just make a batch on the weekend at bring them in tupperware to heat at work.
Most days at work, I bring a precooked chicken breast, side of broccoli or lettuce, and then microwave a bowl of oatmeal (I’ve used Ezekial bread in the past when I’ve been unable to get to the microwave).

Pastasalad with meats = best lunch ever
-just cut salad if you want it heated
-almost unlimited variations

I do something similar. I cook everything ahead of time and then bring it to work in pyrex containers since I only have access to a microwave as well. Use your head buddy.
Im in the exact same situation as you-what i do is cook extra for dinner the night before and bring it in the next day. Im eating a chicken stir fry concoction as we speak!
You could make a big ol’ meatloaf, and just bring a huge slab of it. Pretty convenient, and good if you get tired of bringing in chicken or whatever.
Today I’m eating 6oz grilled chicken tenders with 2 small red potatoes. I cooked it last night.
Tomorrow I’m eating a ribeye steak which I cooked sunday and froze with a seal-a-meal. Microwaving a yam as the side.
Friday Lunch will be a half chicken (I buy and eat the other half Thursday night) and a side of microwaveable rice.
In the past, I’ve mixed a can of chicken with a can of beanless hormel chili. Side of rice or potato.
Buy a half lb of deli roast beef (the rare the better) and a can of beef gravy. Add some gravy (amount to your liking) and roast beef in a tupperware. Microwave. Eat over microwaved rice or potato.
If you’re bulking, you can use sides of rice or potatoes. I boil my potatoes in chicken stock at night and they’re ready to be thrown in the tupperware with my meats. If your on a cut, substitute veggies for the starches.
Yeah, invest in tupperware. I honestly can’t believe how many different sizes, and shapes I have in my cubboards, as well as two different size coolers and multiple water bottles and shakers. It’s an investment, but the gains will make it worthwhile.

I love pyrex. I got the big round ones for stir fry type meals and the rectangular ones for steak and chicken breast meals. I’ll never go back to plastic again.

I’m really thinking of making this change. It sounds pretty worth it.
Today I have Squash (with onions and tomatoes)
3 hamburgr patties (with oats and blue cheese)
and a big thing of whole wheat pasta.
You just have to cook at home, then heat it up at lunch, it ain’t rocket science.
I think a lot of people are in the same boat with you. It’s pretty easy, just takes a little planning and preparation ahead of time. Like other people have said, get some sort of tupperware or microwaveable containers. Pre-cook some food at home and then bring it in to work and heat it up. Today for lunch I am having a couple of baked ckicken breasts that I cooked ahead of time at home and some steamed broccoli. I bought a microwave steamer awhile back fro less than $10 that will hold about 3 cups of broccoli. I spray the broccoli down with a little extra virgin olive oil cooking stray and then season it with lemon pepper. Pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and you are good to go.
You can cook in the microwave too - I cook frozen tuna steaks, raw chicken breast, raw turkey breast slices.
Make sure you use medium to low and put it in longer otherwise the edges will rubberise.
I always slice up into chunks after cooking to check for pink - and blast again if it needs it.
I then use a frozen medley of char-grilled Mediterranean veggies (peppers, onions, courgette etc) and microwave them too.
I buy it all on Monday keep the meat in the fridge or if frozen, in the freezer with the veg (check the date when buying) and it lasts me the week.
Oh and lots of chillies.
Is the reason for only being able to use the microwave being that is all they have there?
If they have a free electric plug in the lunch room you have a ton of options.
For example for my lunch today I’m making butter chicken in the slow cooker.
I just bring the slow cooker with me. Put it in the lunch room turn it on high and in 4 hours its done.
Other days I bring my george foreman in with me. If you have half an hour lunch its enough time to make a steak and clean the grill. If you dont have time to clean the grill just put wet paper towel in it and clean it after work.
People look at me weird but at least I am eating good food.

I work outside so i cant do that but thats fucking awesome man. Let em look at you funny, like you said your eating good while they probably have a slice of pizza or something.
I always get crap for bringing my food to work with me, but mostly just b/c it smells so good, and everyone else is too lazy to cook extra food in the evenings and bring it with them. I just add a little additional food to my evening meal preparation and portion it into tupperware/pyrex to reheat. Works like a charm.
My favorites are chicken with a curry sauce with onions/peppers, steak strips with soy sauce marinade, pulled pork from the slowcooker, and ground beef and cabbage stirfry. So many options, so little time…
