That’s what I mean, they don’t cook.
Ha I cook some ground beef, throw it in a Tupperware. When it cools, I put 1/4-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on it.
When I have a break, I go heat it up and the cheese melts.
Every couple of days i cook up some chicken breast and take it to work in tupperware.
At the office i separate 5 egg whites and put them in the microwave and then i chuck them on a plate along with some chicken and usually a bell pepper and some beetroot.
Takes a maximum of 5 minutes to prepare and all i need is a microwave.
Here is an example from last week:

Your options are endless.
One of the easiest things to do is stock up on bags of frozen veg. Cook a large chicken on a Sunday, either quarter it or strip it, pop it in the fridge that will last you 3 or 4 days. Marinade before cooking if you fancy.
Keep a jar of gravy granules at work.
In the morning pop some chicken in some Tupperware or foil, pop a few of handfuls of frozen veg in a bag.
Add a jacket potato or rice or whatever else you fancy.
In summer, just substitute the frozen veg with fresh salad vegetables.
