Surge, primarily. Otherwise get some dextrose and/or maltodextrin with some whey or whey hydrolysate. Be warned, hydrolysate tastes like ass.
Also you can mix in creatine and BCAAs.

You may want to share that info with the rest of the European T-Nationers. We get free shipping on orders over $150 US. I hear the shipping gets really expensive when the products go overseas.
