Okay, so recently there was a post asking for t-vixens to describe their ideal guy. Now I’m asking you t-dawgs and t-men to describe your ideal girlfriend. Not your basic one night stand, not the girl you just want to bang, but the one you want to hang on to for a long time. What is it that you all look for?
My IDEAL girl/woman: Petite, petite, petite - Smiles a lot! - She “must” deadlift! - She sweats hard when she works out and doesn’t use the pink dumbbells! - Makes cute noises during sex!- She’s into things of a highly spiritual nature, but is affiliated with no particular religion! - Above all, she’s a great listener; very attentive … even when I’m boring her!
light brown hair blue eyes-b cup-flat stomach, tight ass, and 5 foot(yup i want a SMURF)-i’m only 5’5 so smurfs are goood for me-personality-i want her to love sports, working out, be smart and funny etc…
Ease of living together. This implies a lot, but basically that’s what it comes down to in the end. Oh, and being supportive. That’s huge.

The girl I’m involved with now is the bomb. She’s petite, but she is a bit taller than me. She has the most beautiful blue eyes I’ve ever seen, she has a great body, she is highly intelligent, easy to talk to, fun, and she has many of the same interests and beliefs as me. We have a connection with each other that I have never experienced with anyone else, and that totally attracted me to her in addition to her blue eyes and hella hot good looks! Not to mention that she can easily make me smile and she enjoys my affection and gives a lot back! 
So, sunflower, what you’re really asking is “what do you want in a wife?” There’s an old axiom that basically says a man never marries his fantasy. Here’s my take on the perfect marriage partner: (1)she trusts me enough to lead my family financially and spiritually, and doesn’t try to constantly have power struggles with me, (2) realizes that there are things that I’m just not interested in, like draperies, and that I really DON’T have an opinion, (3) understands that men and women think differently, accepts it, and doesn’t try to change it, (4) is an active participant in our sex life, (5) has her own interests and doesn’t try to get me interested in those things (and vice versa). There are definitely more, but those are some of the highlights. Not what you were thinking, was it?
Obviously I would have to find her physically attractive so that I would be interested in striking up a conversation with her in the first instance, but to make the ascension to girlfriend status would take a lot more. She would have to be smart and a good conversationalist so as to be an interesting person, which is crucial if you are going to be spending a lot of time together. She’s got to be able to let her hair down and have a good time. She should be social and outgoing, so you can take her places but not have to constantly worry about keeping her occupied. She’s got to be loyal and trusting. She’s got to have compatible interests, like politics, working out, at least a passing interest in sports, etc. And, if you want to take it to the next level after that, she’s got to have compatible values.

Hey!How come all you guys only like short women? Man, it really sucks how us tall women can never get a date. Men are so picky (snicker).

All you guys hold intelligent, good looks, independence, athleticism, etc. right up there, right? so, explain this: why do so many guys go for the stupid, bimbo idiots all the time? Perhaps the airhead bimbos do have guys chasing them, but there are two things to consider: 1) The quality of the guys chasing them; and 2) Whether those bimbos are being pursued simply for a roll in the hay or some quick fun and not as girlfriends. I think most guys would agree that the qualities one looks for in a girlfriend, a girl with whom one would presumably be spending a lot of time, differ measurably from the qualities one looks for in a hook-up. If a guy really is chasing after one of the airhead bimbos as a girlfriend, perhaps it’s because she is the only one who doesn’t continually lose him in conversation – water tends to seek its own level.
