Has anyone tried Ian King’s Workout from Men’s Health “Book of Muscle”? I am thinking about trying it. Although the workout changes phases every three weeks, it is a six month program. Any comments would be appreciated.
I just finished the 6 month Intermediate lifter program. Here are the results on 3 lifts.
Bench - up 40 pounds
Squat - up 80 pounds
Deadlift - up 90 pounds
I highly recommend his programs.
