Ian King powerlifting

Does anyone know how Ian King split his bodypart and train to powerlifting. I have a provincial championship on October 10th. I curently use the bring on the pain series neural option and I split like that

1-Quad Dominant,Abs
2-Bench press, Abs, Interval
3-Active rest cardio 20-30min
4-Hips Dominant, Abs
5-Pull up, Abs, Interval
6-Rest
