Ian King Awesome Abs Stage 1 question

I’m having extreme difficulty with a couple of the exercises in the days 2/4 part of Stage I. On the slow-up/down and reverse curldowns, I can’t even come close to all the way up/down w/o anything anchoring the feet. I’ve been cheating up on the slow-up/downs, but is this really beneficial or would I be better off just staying strict and going as far as I can (which isn’t far). On the rev. curldowns I can barely get halfway down w/o losing control and falling back to the floor. Any suggestions? Are there really people who can actually get a full ROM with strict form on these?

I would do as many as you can with strict form and then use assistance for the balance, and on the reverse curldowns go as far as you can, even if only short ROM, stick with it, and yes it is physically possible to do them.

I guess there are - I’m one of them. Are you fatiguing your abs seriously prior to doing these?
I can’t comment much because I don’t have much problem doing them.

If I were you I’d stick with strict form and aim to go lower each time.
