192lbs @ 11.2%bf= 170.5 LBM
205lbs @ 7%bf= 190.6 LBM
So you want a guarantee to gain 20 lbs of muscle in 6 months?

No bro you don’t get it…Shelby wants the money up front and won’t give it back to you if you fail to reach your sky high goals.

Lol…oh yea. Well, maybe he’ll make an exception for such a special, unique snowflake like the OP. Lol…
You guys are evil; design a program for him centered around the Shake Weight and get the money.

Beyond Hilarious!
This sounds like what my younger brother asks me all the time. I’ll do whatever no matter what just tell me what to do. Next words out of his mouth “What supplements do I need?” I thought lost kid, then troll, but now I’m thinking just lost.
OP, if you can’t read any of the numerous articles on this website and other informative sites then how is anyone else gonna help your sorry ass? I’m naturally lean, but I don’t see why it’s so hard to get into single digits. I couldn’t gain weight. Wanna know what I did, I ate a lot.
Unless you’re prepping for a show you don’t need to pay anyone. You need to look in the mirror and ask yourself “How serious am I?”

I"ll offer him the same program but instead of expecting 110% he can give me 40% and I don’t feel he’s giving me that than I keep his money and buy another PS3.

If you cant find a shake weight I have a subsitute tool you can use.
I don’t post much around here, and was going to send this as a PM, but figured I would put it in thread, because I think it could help others…
I kind of feel bad for your post, because it kind of screams desperation.
I remember your original log in the summer of 2008. I followed it because we both had the same goals. We were trying to bulk from 170 to 200 (and keep it fairly clean). I don’t remember what program you were using, but I was doing WS4SB.
You beat me to 200lbs, but I got there a few weeks later. We kept pushing past 200, but then reality hit, and we realized that we both had gotten kind of fat. Both being 6’1, with similar body structures, storing pretty much all fat in the love handle, lower back region. I remember my waist at the widest point had went from 32.5 to 37 inches. But everyone who saw me in tanks, cut off shirts, t-shirts, or what not kept telling me how “beefy/jacked/big” I was getting.
I went back and forth in my mind, but accepted that by seeing my waist measurements alone, I needed a new direction. I think you did the V-diet, and I went my own way and did the Anabolic Diet.
I quit following your log after that point, but I remember you never got real lean, just around 11-12%. That’s where my comfort level is, also. I can easily get to 11-12% within a month or two of watching my diet, but it would take a lot of work to get past that point, and I have never felt like I have had enough LBM to pursue that goal. So once I got to that point, I moved on.
From there, I did EC Max Strength, and was adding back in carbs, seeing good results, adding weight, and staying somewhat lean. I moved on to 5/3/1, started making awesome progress, but 3 months later I got injured. I lost muscle, strength, everything again. I also lost a lot of confidence, and had to go back to wearing all my clothes that were ‘too small’ before. I had gotten back down to 175lbs.
Today, I am moving 100% better, pain free. On Monday, I start 5/3/1 with adjustments from the great Mike Robertson, which are tailored for my weaknesses. I have learned a lot about lifting during this time. I have also learned about nutrition and what works for me but trying different things.
I am right now a little over 180 and 11.5% (7 point calipers). I can’t wait to get back to it. I am hoping to use what I’ve learned to not make the same mistakes, and to achieve more than I ever have before.
I know it sucks to think that 2 years have gone by, and you have not reached the goal of being lean at 200lbs, which in itself, is not an extreme goal. I know it frustrates me as well. But right now, as others have noted, you are wanting 20lbs LBM in 6 months. That’s extreme.
I’m keeping it simple myself, and just want to get to 190 by Dec while staying semi lean. Maybe I am setting my goals low, but you are setting them extremely high. You seem so concerned about ‘hawt abz’, why not give carb cycling a go, and try to at least gain 10-15lbs? If you do it right, that would put you over 200, and should have minimal fat gain. From there, you could try to maintain and recomp, or keep going? I don’t know.
If you have the discipline, and are willing to shell out $, then hire a real coach. The forum post offering payment IF you succeed AFTER you succeed is kind of insulting to anyone who does this for a living.

When…and…where?
Hmm, I think we strayed from the topic.
Wow,
So I get back from vacation to check my email and I get an influx of messages from saying I’ve got new posts on T-Nation. I don’t even subscribe to any posts.
??
Turns out I left my computer unlocked and my new roommate, who also reads T-Nation, wanted to find some way of pulling a prank on me to flame me and flood my inbox - FYI all you have to do is subscribe to your own thread and check “Notify me when someone replies to a subscribed topic”. Sweet. Never leave your computer unlocked. Enjoy the flaming, I certainly deserve it for keeping my computer out in the open.
^^riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight
Lol@“someone else logged in and posted as me”.
Isn’t that excuse number 2 in the book, right after “My dog ate my homework”?
yeah fucking right, bro!!!
lmao, nice one!!
awesome
