I first found the website while looking at the back of a bottle of TRIBEX I had purchased elsewhere. I don’t remember if the BiotestEdge site had a link to T-Nation, or if I was googling/froogling for another Biotest supplement after looking at BiotestEdge. Either way, I ended up here.
I use the supps for three reasons. First, I am impressed by Biotest’s dedication to its core user base. Second, I was very impressed about how openly they talk about how their supplements work (think Cy and Tim here), doing so with the real science and not dumbing it down. And the fact that the stuff is based on serious science, e.g. Surge. Third, they aren’t conservative sissy boys afraid of putting something out that a brainless soccer mom will use inappropriately. Biotest products tend to go a bit beyond conventional, and embrace body chemistry tailoring, hormone balancing, etc. There aren’t a lot of other products out there like M, Alpha Male, and Spike.
The additional nutrition and training data here is just bonus. But if I’m going to buy supps, I want to buy them from a company I believe in. And because of the reasons above, I believe in Biotest as a quality company that is willing to go on the fringe a little bit, while providing high-quality products that real bodybuilders can use.
I think the WORST are the ones that freely admit to mooching (…“Oh…I go there everyday to see if there is an article or somethng I’m interested in”…)…or “brag” about all the articles they’ve either saved and/or downloaded, “because the rest is crap”…
Then use every bit of their waking efforts criticizing and making personal attacks on the guys on other sites and Forums that would make your toes curl…

Hey…I haven’t always agreed with something Shugs or TC may have written or said…but that’s okay…I just “aggree to disagree”, and move on…
But I’ve also given them credit where credit is due…
I’ve used “Biotest” supplements because in just about every catagory that they’ve manufactured, I’ve found them to be the best…(“SHILLL!!!”)
Even though I haven’t had it happen yet…what if two supplements may be “6 vs. 1/2 dozen in another” in their quality…and the “Biotest” one cost more(this was once true when you looked at, say, the price difference that used to exist with “Grow” and some other Protein Powders…)
I tended to give the nod to “Grow!” because of all the knowlege I had gained from the site. In other words, the information provided was “worth” something to me…
It was only by the grace of God that I found this site. I can’t remember how I ended up here…but I thank God that I did. The information here, blows away everything else out there-printed or electronic.
I’ve switch most of my supplement intake to Biotest products wherever I can. The only two items that I don’t have from Bio…is my multis and creatine.
I thank all the writers of T-Nation…and all my brothers and sisters of the Nation who put forth their information, thoughts and opinions. Even if I don’t agree with everything that everyone says…this site truly promotes the American way.
I found a copy of a T-Mag that belonged to my brother-inlaw back in 2001. I have had a Biotest supplement in my pantry ever since. I joined the website fairly quickly thereafter.
Now the ‘T-Nation experience’ has combined gleening cutting edge information and getting top of the line supplements into one activity.
I don’t always agree with what is written on this site , but I still have this place set as my homepage, and look forward to every new article.
