If the person keeps a big chest full of air and their ass pressed up against the bad they won’t round ever and hurt their back ever. It’s when people are tired and lose position that dumb stuff like that happens…
Go as deep as you can maintain that position and don’t “butt tuck” on a leg press anymore than you would on a squat. [/quote]
yeah and don’t let the back round either. That’s why a heavy leg press to failure could be potentially be dangerous, just be careful if you’re doing that OP.

26.5 inch thighs ain’t exactly small. Mine are only two inches bigger than that and I’ve been told they are bordering freakish (by non lifters obviously), much bigger and it might be a turn off =)
Turn off? For who? And why should that even be a concern?
because some people like to get laid. not that i think many people are gonna develop legs that are “too big” whether they want to or not, but just understand theres a cut off point for everything.
Believe it or not, there are women out there that would take massive legs, and an ass that resembles a pair of basketballs over hawt abz and huge gunz any day. The few people that have reached the point of freakish size are just that, freaks.

hey, good to know, because I have too high bodyfat for abz and pretty below average “gunz”…hah. But I’m also not a bodybuilder. I’m certainly not cutting back on my squatting anyway, they’ll grow as big as they grow and be damned with hogging muscle growth from the rest of my body.
My only point was just that OP’s legs certainly didn’t sound that small so OP should keep his chin up and just keep squatting big weights. Size is surely inevitable in everything if you do heavy compound lifts and eat a lot.
