26.5 inch thighs ain’t exactly small. Mine are only two inches bigger than that and I’ve been told they are bordering freakish (by non lifters obviously), much bigger and it might be a turn off =)
With your current routine and kcal intake, I can’t imagine your quads not blowing up. Consider adding front squats to your back day? You probably just need more than 1 day a week. You also just may need to get your quads STRONGER. When I started doing full back squats and front squats every week, my legs grew and grew.
Also, going to failure on the leg press seems quite dangerous, what with the spinal compression that can occur. At least make sure your back position is good before doing such a thing! You could always do some higher rep stuff like up to 40-50 reps for quads on leg press, but going to failure with a heavy weight sounds like a bad idea mate so be careful!

What do you do when there isn’t anymore space on the leg press machine for plates? Seriously.
are you putting on the 100lb plates or the 45s?[/quote]
My gym doesn’t have 100lb plates. It does have a bunch of 55lb plates, which I use. They are the same thickness as 45lb plates, but the machine only has room for 12 plates TOTAL. Hence why I asked.

Turn off? For who? And why should that even be a concern?

because some people like to get laid. not that i think many people are gonna develop legs that are “too big” whether they want to or not, but just understand theres a cut off point for everything.
I don’t have ahack squat machine in my gym. I’ll consider adding them after coan-phillipi is over. There is no way I’m doing something that close to a deadlift in the same week as c-p.

Believe it or not, there are women out there that would take massive legs, and an ass that resembles a pair of basketballs over hawt abz and huge gunz any day. The few people that have reached the point of freakish size are just that, freaks.
If you’re having trouble getting laid, I doubt that the size of your legs is the problem.

lol thanks for actually pointing that out cause otherwise i wouldnt even known what she was talking about. i thought she was saying i was ugly or something.
and yea i understand most people never get freakishly big which is kinda why i pointed that out earlier.
like does anyone remember that powerful image like a year ago of the guy with the rediculously veiny legs? you think people find that attractive? if you want legs like that, thats cool just dont be naive enough to think people arent gonna be grossed out by em.

…yea i was just reccomend you do barbell hacksquats. i was doing them today, theyre pretty good and made me bust my ass. not sure if youre familiar with em but theyre like a deadlift except you put the par behind you. …they scrape your shins up just as good too.

True that, my ex told me they were to big and made it look even smaller. Fuck that, give me two servings of fina dick. I’m done. Wait till they hit 30’ bitch. Then they will be a turn off.

I’ll do them instead of leg presses when I stall out.
Im 44 now and still do a lot of close stance squats for quad size,I agree with the front squats. They will really make the quads big,in my late 20s I was front squating well over 400lbs for reps and doing 30 sets of 8 with 315 on back squats well below parallel…
Those were the good days, got my quads up to 31 inches…Damn I miss those days…Anyway,I agree with the back squats, front squats and leg presses.I did hurt my lower back doing really deep leg presses though so I think a person has to really watch the depth on those…
If the person keeps a big chest full of air and their ass pressed up against the bad they won’t round ever and hurt their back ever. It’s when people are tired and lose position that dumb stuff like that happens… go as deep as you can maintain that position and don’t “butt tuck” on a leg press anymore than you would on a squat.
