Nate , don’t worry about these outlandish fears of " decreased sensitivity ". I’ve had nipple peircings for about 3 yrs. now, however i will probably get them removed when i am 26 or 27 when my collagen and elastin in my skin declines. I don’t want to have the saggy man-boobs of dolly parton when she is 75. Now, having said that, they ARE dangerous if you do any kind of martial arts practice or even wrasslin around w/ the guys; however i still choose to keep my in, i got 2 14-gauge loops of black hematite. It doesn’t look bad w/ pecs and a six-pack - peace
Haaa haaa. I had mine pierced three times. The first time they pierced below the nipple and went into my muscle. That ripped out the first time I spared again. The second time it was a good pierce however it pussed for over a year then a girlfriend of mine made a deal with me she would … if I removed my ring. So I did if you knew what she promised you would too. Sexual bennies, Umm no not really you will attact more bad girls though. Expect to be sore for a year. What gauge ring did you get? Do you fight? If so you damn well better take them out before you spare (you can also tape them to your body to protect them but if you get hit hard enough it will not help) or someone will remove them for you. That f’n hurts but you will get an adrenaline shot that will allow you to kill anyone. The guy who ripped mine out in a match really wishes he hadn’t I was losing and he hit my ring ripped it and I turned the pain into rage and beat him sensless. I do not wear one anymore it would not stay in while I do MMA. It also is one big scar now anyway. You got them both done huh. A tongue ring would have been smarter for the women etc. I had one of those for 8 years too.
Knuckledragger and Mr S are right about the
fighting/ wrestling thing - I have had the
balls from my ear cartilege piercings knocked off when sparring and it hurt like fuck.
Mind you, when I got my eyebrow done I learnt allabout the liabilities of a motorcycle helmet.
No martial arts or wrestling for me. And you can be sure I’ll skip wrestling around with my buddies in fear of being hit or having them ripped off! I’ll just be happy when they heal. So far, they are doing well.
I never thought about the motorcycle helmet thing with an eyebrow ring. Ouch! That would hurt like a mutha! I thought about doing an eyebrow ring or tongue ring, but it wouldn’t fly at work. Maybe later down the road! 
For some reason I think the black nipple ring would look kinda cool.
I’ve been thinking about replacing my brow ring, with a barbell and getting another barbell put right next to it. It’ll have to be a light barbell though, cuz I don’t think my brow can handle anything over a couple pounds.

You mentioned doing a topless shot for all of us T-men a few months ago before everything in the world got all crazy. It would go a long way towards helping morale.
