Get some shoes that allow you to hang by your feet from a bar, then tie up a 45 pound plate and tie the other end to your neck and hang upside down for 30 minutes a day. Make sure your peri-workout nutrition is on point, or you won’t see any gainz.
I’m assuming this is a troll post, but in case the OP is a teenager, please don’t do either of those things.
I ended up prettty tall, considerably taller than the rest of my family.
I was active and played a lot of sports growing up and ate 3 square meals a day with plenty of protein and vegetables. Sorry, I said that eat healthy and get good sleep shit because it’s true, regardless of your goals. Didn’t start lifting until I was 19 and basically done growing.
I used to also take my flintstone vitamins up to my room and eat them like they were candy sometimes when I was a kid. Pretty ill-advised, but it may have played a part, who knows?
Also, if you’re one of those nature vs. nurture people, my best friend also ended up being tall and he was always an inch shorter than I was since we met. We even had growth spurts at the same time and hung out a lot until we were in our mid-20s or so (still hang out regularly, but life).
So you could find some tall friends and do everything with them, including competing in athletic things (especially basketball). Or it may work better if they’re only slightly taller than you and if this method works, then when you get to their height, get new friends that are once again slightly taller and keep going in that pattern.
Doubt it will work, but I do think there’s something to us hanging out so much and being about the same height. He has 2 brothers that are also around our height, but like I said, the rest of my family is about average height. So I have a theory that hanging around him a lot helped me end up being taller, since we were always competing in basically everything growing up and I always seemed to get taller to meet the challenges.
Honestly the only thing I can think of is HGH therapy. It’s what Messi did but then again he had an actual medical condition. You might just be destined to be short because of your genetics.

hi guys. imma need some help with growing taller. in 7th grade i was 143cm and then i suddenly had a growth spurt that made me 163cm tall. all my buddies are taller than me and all the girls prefer taller guys. is it possible for me to trigger a second growth spurt?
- if there is anything else you know about growing taller fast tell me.
and do not say: eat healthy nutrition and sleep well for **** sake[/quote]
Well, since no one is telling you what you want to hear, yes, human growth hormone, taken at a dosage of 60 micrograms per kilogram of body weight a day (not sure what that is in “iu” for a 50 kg person – I think ~2 iu per day) until you stop growing will give you an extra 3 inches of height.
So, at your age, a daily shot for 8 years . . . say 3,000 shots 6,000 iu, figure $900/60iu . . . about $90,000 total cost.
It may also give you early onset Alzheimers. But you’ll be a taller vegetable.
I am thinking if you set aside the $90,000 in a nice mutual fund you’ll have a nice nest egg with which to attract females.

I thought HGH helped keep you more youthful? If it gives you early onset of Alzheimer that’s counterproductive lol.

I’m always getting stronger. I don’t know when you last saw me, but the answer would be ‘yes’ no matter when that was. Best lifts to this point in competition are 515 squat, 585 deadlift, 375 bench press. I’m weighing low 190’s.
I don’t think you can do anything about it besides take growth hormone, which is done for truly abnormally short people, and is a very painful process. FWIW, I was one of the taller and bigger kids in middle school and elementary school. I was 5’6" at 12 years old and maybe grew 4 inches over the next 12 years…
Women do like height, yes, but when they are young they like being lied to even better, they just don’t know it. Learn to lie and youll be gold!
