Hello, Im actually bulking, I finish the HSS100 shoulder especialization with no great results, i just gain 1/2 cm of muscle, The HSS100 Back specialization work better for me, but I need SOME SOME SHOULDERS Thib, wich routine do u recomend to me? the HSS100 shoulder again? or the I BODYBUILDER shoulder program?

Rear delt raises
Presses like btn press or dumbbell presses
20 reps for raises
8-12 for presses
Eat again

It’s not a routine per se, but I got great results from using “The Delt Triad”
